Rachel Leth, therapist at Restorative Behavioral Health

Rachel Leth

Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Therapist, LCSW

You don’t have to navigate life’s ups and down alone. I believe therapy is a space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood without judgment. I meet you where you are and work alongside you to navigate life’s challenges, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change. Whether you’re facing anxiety, stress, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to provide support and encouragement along the way.

I specialize in supporting teens (14+) and adults navigating anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, relationship challenges, life stress, and family conflict. I work with clients who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward, helping them gain clarity, build healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and feel more confident in themselves.

I also provide support through major life transitions, emotional stress, and the ups and downs that come with everyday life.
