Christina Schrems

Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Therapist LCSW, CADC, CTP

If you’re navigating negative self-talk, low motivation, or the sense of feeling “stuck”, reaching out for guidance can be one of the most powerful steps toward change. My goal is to be a steady, grounding presence as you learn new ways to manage emotions, build confidence, and maneuver through life with more clarity and self-compassion.

I often use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help develop skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness—tools that can support real, lasting change. I work with teens, adults and older adults who experience anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, addiction, co-occurring disorders and other mood disorders.
