Emotional growth is best nurtured from a compassionate, encouraging, and non-judgmental perspective. In today’s society, the expectations put on us can be quite demanding, and many times, unrealistic. As a wife and a mother, I understand how agonizing it can be to constantly ask myself, “Am I enough?” Challenging negative thoughts, though it may be difficult, is worth the risk. Living a fulfilling, happy, and productive life is priceless.

My approach to therapy emphasizes treating the individual as a whole. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, anger, self-esteem, substance use, and women’s issues/infertility/parenting while using a person-centered and trauma-informed framework.

My priority is providing a safe space for you to feel supported. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, but trust and authenticity are essential. My focus will be on your strengths, accomplishments, and potential as we navigate your unique journey together.

“Knowing where you want to go is just as important as understanding where you’ve been.”
